I first started pest control when I was about 6 or 7, when I used to go down one of local farms in the village that I was born in. We would take the dogs down to get the rats when the grain was being gathered, and as they came out of the hay stacks. 

We also would go ferreting for rabbits up on the Cleveland hills, as well as doing a bit of ferret racing. 

I carried on doing pest control in my spare time for many years to come, and then in 2003 I decided to make a business of my hobby.
 

So I went to get all my qualifications to carry out the work correctly, safely and legally, making me qualified to deal with all pests from rodents, birds to insects.
